Messaging Feature

Adding a messaging feature, to our product “otelihtiyac”

otelihtiyac is a tourism procurement platform that offers a second-hand feature for its users. To facilitate this feature, we introduced a messaging system.

Background:

• otelihtiyac offers a second-hand ads feature for buying and selling, with two user types: buyers & sellers.

• Some users prefer not to be contacted by phone for minor product questions, so a messaging system was introduced for convenient communication.
